Golfer Development Programs
Private Instruction:
Private lessons are for those who prefer to work on their game in a one-on-one environment. It is one of the most effective ways for beginning golfers and seasoned veterans alike to improve their golf game.
Group Instruction:
Group lessons are for those who would like to improve their game or learn to play with a friend or associate. Adults are encouraged to put their own groups together, e.g., New Golfers and Women Golfers. Also, parents can do the same for their kids and their kid’s friends.
Playing Lessons:
A playing lesson allows the instructor to see you in action. It gives him the opportunity to present you with ideas for better course management. The session should cover important aspects like; proper club selection, how to read the greens, dealing with uneven lies, when to go-for-it and when to lay-up and understanding the actual distance of a shot. For most golfers, learning to use our brains gives way to positive results and lower scores.
A Note to Beginning Golfers:
If you are new to the game of golf, there is no better way to establish solid fundamentals and lay the groundwork for a lifetime of enjoyment, than engaging in on-going professional instruction. Learning the essentials of the game ought to be kept simple and to a minimum. Besides instruction on the swing, you should be provided with advice on basic rules and etiquette.
“Good players play from the legs up. Great players play from the feet up.”
